We currently do not have any paying positions available. Please check back as we may have openings in the near future.

We have many opportunities to volunteer and/or intern with Sustainable Seattle. Sustainable Seattle was started by volunteers over 15 years ago and continues to be run primarily by volunteers.

Below is the breakdown of time commitments:

Volunteer | 1-5 hours per week
Volunteer Staff | 5+ hours per week
Intern/Service Volunteer | hours vary with projects

Volunteer opportunities range from general office volunteer to providing content on our websites and blogs. Have a specific skill you want to contribute or develop? Great, we're always open to specific volunteering opportunities. Contact us for more information on volunteering.

Internship and service learning opportunities generally involve a specific project with a specific timeline. These can be part of an academic internship or a more general internship that we develop to focus in on special issues or projects that are valuable to both you - the intern - and all of us here at Sustainable Seattle.
