November
All month- Check out SoCoCulture Events.
11/8 - Green Up the city. Participate in a Green Seattle event.
11/15 -Kirkland Interfaith Giving Fair: Where your Gift Gives Twice , St. John’s Episcopal Church.
11/23 - All my Relations: A Celebration of Gratitude at Thanksgiving, St. Patrick’s Church in Eastlake.
11/27 - Include one locally-grown food at your Thanksgiving table. Take a pledge with Puget Sound Fresh and you could win a year's worth of organic turkey or milk.

December
All month- Check out SoCoCulture Events.
12/1 - World AIDS Day.
12/6 - Alternative Christmas Fair, Northshore United Church of Christ, Woodinville.
12/? - The release of the 2008 Communities Count report. Check out the social and health trends in King County- and use information to inform your actions.
12/16 - Join the Seattle Free School in making gifts of soap for the homeless.
12/? - Attend Seattle Free School's Gift-Making Workshop and make eco-friendly gifts.

January

1/1 - Celebrate New Year’s and contribute to Healthy People and Community by helping a child establish healthy habits in 2009. Get ideas at TreeSwing.
1/13- Chat up sustainability with neighbors at the Seattle Greendrinks event in your community.
11/21 - MLK, Jr. Day. Volunteer with United Way or Seattle Works.
1/26 - Chinese New Year.

February
