SCAN One on One: In Depth Interviews with Candidates of the Upcoming Seattle Election, October 19 to 29, 2009

Turn to SCAN, Seattle Community Access Network, for direct, in-depth, one-on-one, half hour interviews, with candidates for Seattle City Council and Seattle Mayor. SCAN Executive Director Dian E. Ferguson interviews numerous candidates on their views on the issues facing the diverse citizens and communities of Seattle.


Airing on Comcast channel 77 and Broadstripe channel 23, as well as streaming at www.scantv.org, these interviews provide insight into the candidates' backgrounds, views, and opinions on issues that may not have been addressed elsewhere in the campaign. Discussions include questions on the viaduct replacement, hiring of the new Police Chief, education, addressing the City's budget deficit, housing affordability, transportation, and neighborhood issues.

Thurs. Oct. 29, 10:00 p.m. Sally Bagshaw, candidate for City Council, position 4
