Now in a special joint appearance at Seattle Arts and Lectures' Wednesday University, Mark Bittman discusses responsible, sustainable, healthy eating. Bittman joins professors Ann Anagnost and Lucy Jarosz, whose course will explore "Food for Thought: The Ethics, Culture, and Politics of Eating." Tonight's event is free and open to the public.
